KWIH held ground-breaking ceremonies of two projects in Mainland China earlier in October, marking a new milestone for KWIH’s Mainland portfolio expansion. The ground-breaking ceremony of Bayview in Chashan, Dongguan was officiated by Paddy Lui, Executive Director of KWIH, Li Shoukang, Secretary of Chashan Town, and other honourable guests to celebrate successful launch of the project. While Guangzhou Huicheng West Parcel (Phase 1)’s ground-breaking ceremony was also hosted by Paddy Lui, Executive Director of KWIH, Cui Junxian, Chairman of Guangdong Dianbai (Second Branch) Construction Company Limited and the management team.

Situated in the Central Living District and the heart of Chashan, Bayview will provide a total gross floor area of around 198,000 square metres, featuring 15 high-rise apartment buildings with mostly three- and four-room flats and some special units. While Huicheng West Parcel (Phase 1) in Guangzhou will provide a total gross floor area of about 200,000 square metres. A mixed-use development, the portfolio will include 23,000 square metres commercial component, and residential development of around 1,474 units comprising two- to four-room flats.
