KWIH 2021 Annual Report receives Bronze Award in IADA 2022

KWIH 2021 Annual Report won Bronze Award in "Cover Design" at the International Annual Report Design Awards (IADA) 2022. The cover features four premium residential projects in Hong Kong and the Mainland with the light tan colour symbolizing the delicate craftsmanship of the Group’s projects. EDGE garnered “Best Tall Mixed-Use Building 2022 Award of Excellence” at the CTBUH Awards

We are pleased to announce that K. Wah International’s Shanghai project EDGE has won the “Best Tall Mixed-Use Building 2022 Award of Excellence” at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards.

The CTBUH Awards program honours projects and individuals that have made extraordinary contributions to the advancement of tall buildings and the urban environment, and that achieve sustainability at the highest and broadest level.

As one of the landmarks in Shanghai, EDGE has been recognised by worldwide awards for its comprehensiveness and outstanding contribution to the improvement of the urban environment, which further lays a solid foundation for KWIH’s achievements as an integrated property developer and investor of exquisite properties.

KWIH wins “Best GBA Property Development Award”

K. Wah International (“KWIH”) has been awarded the "Best GBA Property Development Award" from the "The Third Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Real Estate Development Award" of the "9+2 Pilot".

KWIH has established a strategic presence in GBA cities and strives to replenish its land bank to seize new opportunities in the GBA. The Company continues to uphold the "K.Wah Plus" design philosophy to create projects with customer centric designs and impeccable quality.

KWCM garners “Grand Energy Management Award”

K. Wah Asphalt Limited (KWA) under K. Wah Construction Materials (“KWCM”) garners the Grand Energy Management Award in the Smart Energy Award 2022 organised by CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLP), which recognises the company’s commitment to protect the environment. KWCM has always pursued green management, established specific targets in areas such as energy production and carbon emission reduction, and regularly inspected the working environment to save energy and reduce emissions.

KWA also participates in the Peak Demand Management campaign organised by CLP. The company has reduced nearly 400 kVA energy usage during peak demand hours, and shifted the energy comsumption from peak hours to non-peak hours. KWCM will continue to follow the Low-Carbon Economy principle and to promote the sustainable development.
