Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Company”), The Legend, Shanghai Westwood III, located in Daning International Community, Shanghai, has obtained the pre-sale permit last week and is to commence public sales tomorrow. Mr Wilson Chan, Director – Sales & Marketing of KWIH, said, “We have received frequent customers’ enquiries about the project launch details after the news of pre-sale permit with more than 1,000 customers already expressing their purchase intention. The first batch comprising 217 units in Block 17 will be marketed tomorrow. In view of the overwhelming market response, we estimated that more units will be added after the official launch.”

“The Legend provides one-room and three-room units ranging from 74 to 141 sqm. The diverse choices are designed to suit the requirements of different customers,” Mr Chan continued. The first batch of 713 units that the Company has applied for pre-sale from the Government is from the three-storey Blocks 15, 16 and 17, with an average price ranges from RMB35,000 to RMB38,000 per sqm. Each unit is expected to be sold from RMB2.2 million to RMB6.8 million. In light of the public praise for the pleasant living environment and location advantage of Shanghai Westwood II, the customers who expressed the interests in The Legend have waited for the sale for a long time, or are nearby residents and their families and friends.
