Stanford Residences Xu Hui
Second serviced apartment by K. Wah opens in Shanghai

Stanford Residences Xu Hui (“SRXH”) opened by K. Wah International in Shanghai under the brand of Stanford Residences, was officially launched in June. Located within The Palace on Jianguo West Road in Xu Hui District, a former French concession and a rare prime site in Shanghai. The Palace Lane nearby, a French-style shopping avenue developed by K. As at the end of last year, SRJA had been 90% leased, while winning numbers of industry and media awards.
