In 2008, KWIH launched Shanghai Westwood II.
     
  In 2008, J SENSES, the arcade of J Residence, opened as a brand-new dining landmark on the Hong Kong Island.
     
  In 2007, KWIH acquired six plots of prime land, including Tai Po Town Lot No. 186 and 188, West Kowloon Integrated Business District and Welfare Road of Aberdeen in Hong Kong; Jianshebei Road of Huadu in Guangzhou; and Min Hang District in Shanghai.
     
  In 2006, KWIH launched The Great Hill and J Residence in Hong Kong; and Shanghai Westwood in Shanghai.
     
  In 2006, StarWorld Hotel & Casino, the 5-star flagship hotel of GEG, opened.
     
  In 2006, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong celebrated the 25th anniversary.
     
  In 2006, K. Wah Construction Materials, with the acquisition of Tarmac Asphalt Hong Kong Limited, was turned into a truly one-stop construction materials supplier.
     
  In 2005, K. Wah Group celebrated its 50th anniversary.
     
  In 2005, Shanghai K. Wah Centre opened, as the regional office of K. Wah Group in Eastern China.
     
  In 2002, K. Wah Group was granted a gaming concessionaire from the Macau government in Asia's booming gaming city. Galaxy Entertainment Group (Hong Kong stock code: 27) opened the first city club in 2004.
     

In 2006, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong celebrated the 25th anniversary, and garnered the Industry High Flyer 2005 in the Hong Kong hotel category.


Galaxy Entertainment Group was granted a gaming concessionaire from the Macau government in Asia's booming gaming city.
