KWIH’s website garnered Silver Award under the category “real estates” in 2009 Mercury Awards. It won recommendations from the professional judging panel with its clear-cut interface, top-quality photos and concise messages which provide interactive contents to various users and strengthen the KWIH brand effectively.

KWIH was awarded the “Charitable Enterprise” from Wen Wei Po, for its active participation in community services. Dr Che-woo Lui, chairman of the Group, set up Lui Che Woo Foundation and joined hands with Ministry of Education in support of the education development in mainland China over the years.

KWIH 2008 Annual Report received Silver award for cover photo/design and Honors award for interior design in the globally recognized 2009 Annual Report Competition (“ARC”) with distinctive design and effective communication strategies, which enabled it to stand out among 1,800 entries and won the international awards for the third time.
